1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "fv444" refers to the fv444 online betting and casino platform, accessible at fv444.io, and all associated products, services, and tools offered through that platform.
• "Platform" means the fv444 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any software through which our services are delivered.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user upon completing the fv444 registration process.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on fv444 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit credit issued by fv444 to a Player's Account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a financial stake placed by a Player on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all fv444 transactions are conducted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process fv444 applies to all Account holders.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the fv444 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fv444 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and organisations may not hold a Player Account.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of fv444 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling through any active self-exclusion agreement with fv444.

fv444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a Player's registration or account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access any wagering or casino product on fv444, you must first complete the Account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same details or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fv444 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all related Accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Account registration is free of charge. fv444 does not charge any fee for creating, maintaining, or closing a Player Account.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. fv444 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-step verification (2SV) via your registered mobile number where offered.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

fv444 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from fv444 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. fv444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fv444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. fv444 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider's terms for details.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit into the same Account, except in cases where fv444 Customer Support expressly approves an alternative withdrawal method. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• fv444 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to payment provider processing times.
• fv444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds.

5.4 Currency

All fv444 transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fv444 does not accept or issue payments in any other currency. Where a payment provider applies a currency conversion at their end, fv444 bears no responsibility for any exchange rate loss incurred by the Player.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on fv444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fv444 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where stated otherwise in specific market rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, fv444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, fv444 will settle affected bets in accordance with the published rules for that specific sport. Generally, bets on postponed cricket matches will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and temporary suspension during key moments in an event. fv444 does not guarantee market availability throughout the duration of any live event.
• The maximum payout on any single betting event is subject to limits that are displayed within the relevant market. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be accepted at a reduced stake equivalent to the maximum payout.

7. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the fv444 Platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and fishing games — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

fv444 does not alter the RTP or outcome algorithms of any game provided by a third-party studio. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live-streamed real-game outcomes. Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside the game's intended mechanic.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, fv444's system will complete the round based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection. 8. Bonuses and Promotions

All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting a wagering requirement. Contribution percentages by game category are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fv444 Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access the Platform or place bets in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to fv444 immediately via [email protected].
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who has been excluded from the Platform or who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or in connection with any criminal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening fv444 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

10. Responsible Gaming

fv444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. We provide the following tools within every Account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period your Account remains open but betting and deposit functionality is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion through fv444 Customer Support. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has elapsed, and in the case of permanent exclusion, will never be reactivated.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

fv444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time without prior notice where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• fv444 reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• A Player is found to have been under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• fv444 is required to do so in order to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting fv444 Customer Support. Upon closure of a verified Account in good standing, any real-money Balance (excluding unqualified Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the fv444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the property of fv444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without fv444's prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fv444 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of wagered funds resulting from technical failures outside fv444's reasonable control.

fv444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits fv444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

fv444 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fv444 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data in transit. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. 15. Amendments to These Terms

fv444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, fv444 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address or by a prominent notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which fv444 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through fv444 Customer Support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body selected by fv444.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your immediate legal rights.
